Content Flow AI (CFAI) is an AI-powered SEO content generation platform that helps users create optimized articles through a customizable automated pipeline. Our service includes:

• AI-powered content generation using Google Gemini and OpenAI
• Keyword research and SERP analysis
• SEO metadata generation including titles, descriptions, and keywords
• Content editing with rich text editor
• Optional integrations with Google Drive, WordPress, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4
• Project management and workflow customization
• Version history and content snapshots
• Team collaboration with role-based permissions

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Content Flow AI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information

3.3 AI Providers

AI provider credentials are configured and managed by authorized platform administrators. End users do not need to provide, view, or manage raw Google Gemini or OpenAI API keys to use the service.

4.1 Pricing

Content Flow AI offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited features for evaluation
• Starter: Basic content generation features
• Pro: Advanced features and higher limits
• Enterprise: Full feature access with custom workflows and priority support

Pricing details are available on our homepage pricing section. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our SePay-supported bank transfer flow or another payment method shown at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to complete payment using the exact instructions and transfer content displayed in the payment flow.

• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan duration
• Payment sessions may expire if payment is not completed within the stated window
• Failed or expired payments may prevent subscription activation
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for service issues

You agree not to use Content Flow AI for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose or violation of applicable laws
• Harmful Content: Creating content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Spam or Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications or abusing our infrastructure
• Misinformation: Deliberately generating false or misleading information
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity
• Intellectual Property Violations: Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Security Threats: Distributing malware or attempting to compromise system security
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users accounts or data

• Reselling: Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6.1 Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to content you create using Content Flow AI. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service, use anonymized aggregated data for service improvement, and display your content back to you in our interface. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness, ensuring compliance with laws, verifying factual claims before publication, and respecting intellectual property rights.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

All aspects of Content Flow AI, including software, algorithms, design, logos, and documentation, are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7.1 AI Providers

Content Flow AI integrates with Google Gemini and OpenAI. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party AI services.

7.2 Google Services Integrations

Optional integrations with Google Drive, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 are provided for your convenience. These integrations use read-only or app-scoped access where possible, and the data is used solely to provide the requested export, search performance, and analytics features.

7.3 WordPress Integration

Optional WordPress integration is provided for your convenience. You are responsible for maintaining this integration and ensuring compliance with WordPress terms. We are not liable for data loss or issues with the external WordPress platform.

Your use of Content Flow AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, immediate defect correction, compatibility with all devices or browsers, or specific uptime percentages unless stated in an Enterprise SLA.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service and will attempt to notify users of significant changes in advance.

• No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, your account is involved in fraud, you fail to pay subscription fees, or we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate without notice in cases of serious violations.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at cfai@seoon.top to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution within 60 days.

13.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Content Flow AI. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; we may assign these Terms at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email, prominent website notice, or an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
